As a part of our pre-launch, we want to start rolling out a few of the tips and tricks that we have accumulated over the years. Today we highlight the SAS Macros %PUSHTITLE and %POPTITLE. We use these macros any time that we need to save the title and/or footnote configuration at one point in a SAS program, modify that configuration, and then restore it to the original setting.

How was it named? Remember “DOS” … the old PUSHD and POPD commands.  We’re doing the same thing only with SAS titles and footnotes.
